Most curtain businesses in Singapore treat commercial as something they take on when residential demand is slow. We don't. Roughly a third of our installations every year are commercial. The team that quotes a 4-room HDB also quotes hotel-suite fit-outs and office boardrooms. The process is the same on both sides: free site visit, transparent quote with installation included, named installers who turn up on the agreed date.
What changes is the timing and the spec. Commercial installs often need after-hours work to avoid disrupting operations. Specifications need to meet fire-code, acoustic, or hospitality-grade durability standards. Lead times have to fit a project schedule that includes contractors, M&E, and the client's go-live date. Seventeen years of doing this means we slot into the schedule without becoming the bottleneck.

Boardrooms, meeting rooms, open floors, CEO offices. Most office work we do is sunscreen rollers across long runs of windows for glare control, paired with motorised blackout in the boardroom for AV. After-hours installation is standard.
Storefront displays, fitting-room privacy, back-of-house staff areas. Retail work runs to tight pre-opening deadlines, so we work alongside the shop-fitter and run our install around their critical path. Most retail jobs split across two visits.
Hotel suites, serviced apartments, restaurant terraces, function rooms. Hospitality work needs consistent fabric across many rooms (sometimes hundreds) and hardware that holds up to daily guest use. We handle the spec match across long runs and stage delivery to match phased openings.
From site visit to handover.
We come to the site with the project lead or facilities manager, walk through every space, and capture the spec, including fire-code constraints, acoustic targets, and any AV integration.
Written specification per space. Fabric and hardware choices with cost trade-offs visible. One number per phase, installation included. Quote turnaround is typically 3 to 5 working days for projects under 50 windows.
Custom fabrication runs in parallel with site fit-out. We coordinate delivery to match your project schedule and stage installation around your contractor's critical path.
Install runs after-hours where operations require it. Handover documentation includes care instructions, fabric specifications, and warranty terms. We stay reachable for adjustments.
