These Terms apply between THE CURTAIN EXPERT PTE. LTD. (UEN 202217403Z) and any customer or website visitor. By engaging us for work or by using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Pricing covers materials, fabrication, hardware, tracks, and installation as listed in the written scope. We confirm scope in writing before any payment is taken. If a fabric goes out of stock or supply terms change before sign-off, we will tell you and reissue the quote.
Payment
50% deposit on quote sign-off, with the balance of 50% on completion of installation. Payment by PayNow, bank transfer, or cheque. We do not take card payment on site.
Lead Times
Lead times in quotes are indicative and depend on fabric availability, fabrication queue, and site access. We give a target install date in writing and update you if anything moves. Most projects complete within 3 to 6 weeks of sign-off.
Variations
If scope, materials, dimensions, or site access change after sign-off, we will issue a written variation with the cost and timeline impact. No site work proceeds on a variation until you confirm in writing.
Warranty
We warrant fabric workmanship for 2 years and hardware mechanism for 5 years from the install date. The warranty covers defects in our work and supplied components. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, modifications by third parties, or fabric fade caused by direct UV beyond manufacturer ratings. Aftercare visits within the warranty are at no cost where the fault is ours.
Limitation of Liability
Total liability under any quote is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, downtime, or third-party costs.

Governing Law
