This notice explains how THE CURTAIN EXPERT PTE. LTD. (UEN 202217403Z) handles personal data when you use this website, send a form enquiry, email us, or message us on WhatsApp. We follow the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What We Collect
Only what you give us directly. Typically your name, phone number, email address, the unit or premises type (HDB, condo, landed, office, or shop), and the message content of your enquiry. We do not collect financial details on this website.
What We Use It For
One thing: to reply to your enquiry and run the work that follows from it. That covers preparing a quote, booking a site visit, ordering fabric or hardware, scheduling installation, and providing aftercare. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We share data only with essential service providers, for example our hosting provider and the WhatsApp Business and email systems we use to talk to you, under confidentiality terms.
How Long We Keep It
If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete your enquiry data 12 months after the last contact. If we work with you, we keep order, install, and aftercare records for the warranty period plus a reasonable accounting retention window, then delete or anonymise them.
