What Does Your Quote Include?

Fabric, hardware, and installation in one number. No fitting fees added later. No surprise line items at delivery. The measurement is free.

Is Measurement Really Free?

Yes. Free across Singapore, no obligation, no fee even if you decide not to proceed. The consultant who measures is the same person who quotes you.

Can I Get a Rough Estimate First?

Yes. Send dimensions or photos on WhatsApp and we'll give an indicative range before the site visit. It won't be the final number (window quirks always show up on site), but it's close enough to plan around.

Product Selection

Heat, privacy, durability. The questions that decide which product belongs in which room.

Curtains or Blinds: Which Is Better?

Depends on the room. Curtains soften acoustics and read warm, so they suit bedrooms and living rooms. Blinds give a tighter, more minimal look and work better in kitchens, bathrooms, and home offices. Plenty of homes use both.

What's the Difference Between Blackout and Dim-Out?

A real blackout fabric blocks 100% of light through the fabric itself; the seal at the edges is what decides total darkness. Dim-out softens glare but still lets daylight through. Blackout is for sleeping. Dim-out is for living rooms and studies that face direct sun.

Should I Choose Motorised Curtains?

Motorisation earns its cost in three places: tall windows, double-storey voids, and any track over 4 metres. For a normal HDB bedroom, manual is fine and saves you a battery to charge every two years. We'll say so honestly.

Installation, Warranty and Care

How Long Does Everything Take?

Typical lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from confirmed quote to install. Premium fabrics and motorisation add a week or two. If you have a fixed move-in date, tell us early and we'll stage measurement and install around it.

Do You Provide a Warranty?

Yes. Fabric and hardware are covered, with the specific terms written into your quote so you can read them before paying. Track and motor faults that show up in normal use are repaired or replaced free during the warranty period. Our installers are named, and the same team handles aftercare.

Can You Service Curtains Not Installed by You?

Often, yes. Send photos on WhatsApp and we'll tell you whether the fix is an adjustment, a hardware swap, or a full replacement. We won't pretend a sagging track is rescuable when it isn't.
