Day-and-Night Curtain for a Katong Shopfront.

A 60-seat Peranakan-leaning restaurant on East Coast Road, with a 6-metre shopfront that took direct afternoon glare across the lunch service and lost dinner ambience to the headlights of cars on East Coast Road. The owner had been opening and closing café-style roller blinds twice per service with the front-of-house staff. We fitted Aria Sand day-and-night curtains on a single ceiling-mount track. The light side runs during lunch for diffused glare control, the heavier side draws across at 5pm to set the dinner mood. Staff stopped touching the blinds. The fabric handles the kitchen-edge oils because it spec'd for commercial use.
