West-Facing BTO Master, Blackout That Holds.

A 4-room BTO at Tampines with a west-facing master that took the full afternoon sun until about 6pm. The owners had a newborn arriving in three months and wanted real darkness for naps. We fitted motorised blackout in Marlow Charcoal on a 2,400 mm ceiling-mount track, paired with a Linum Mist day curtain on the same track for soft daytime light. One remote runs both. Side returns were sealed against the bulkhead so the light leak at 4pm sits below noticeable.
